Effective Date: August 27, 2025

The iRyde Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by iRyde LLC to reward our valued customers and passholders. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Membership is open to all iRyde customers with a valid iRyde account.

• Passholder-specific tiers (Executive, Elite, VIP) are available only to customers with an active iRyde Annual Pass at the corresponding level.

• The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Earning Points

• Points are earned on eligible purchases made through the iRyde system, including annual passes, individual rides, and select services.

• Earning rates are determined by tier:

  • iRyde Members: 10 Points per $1

  • Executive Pass Holders: 10 Points per $1

  • Elite Pass Holders: 15 Points per $1

  • VIP Pass Holders: 20 Points per $1

• Points are awarded only when payment is processed through iRyde’s billing system. Cash or offline payments may require manual entry by iRyde staff.

• Points are not transferable and have no cash value.

3. Redeeming Points

• Points may be redeemed for discounts on rides or annual pass renewals.

• Conversion rate: 100 Points = $1 credit.

• iRyde reserves the right to limit redemption options, adjust values, or introduce new rewards at any time.

• Points may not be used to purchase gift cards, converted to cash, or transferred between accounts.

4. Expiration & Validity

• Points remain active as long as your account is active and your pass (if applicable) is valid.

• Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity.

• iRyde may adjust or revoke points in cases of error, fraud, or misuse.

5. Referrals

• Referral rewards may be offered as part of the Program and are subject to separate promotional terms.

• iRyde reserves the right to limit or revoke referral rewards if abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Tier Advancement

• Entry into Executive, Elite, or VIP tiers is determined by Annual Pass purchases.

• Referral or promotional points do not qualify customers for tier advancement unless explicitly stated.

7. Modifications & Termination

• iRyde LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms & Conditions.
